Aksshayam Restaurant was established in 1995 by Chef Ramaswamy, who had a vision to bring authentic South Indian cuisine to Coimbatore with a modern dining experience. What started as a small 20-seat restaurant has now grown into one of the most beloved culinary establishments in the region.
The name "Aksshayam" is derived from the Sanskrit word meaning "eternal" or "inexhaustible," reflecting our commitment to preserving traditional recipes while evolving with culinary innovations. For over 25 years, we've been serving dishes made from recipes passed down through generations, each carrying a story of heritage and passion.
